Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
•250 g dark cooking chocolate
•35 ml cream fresh
•125 ml Puck Thick Cream
•35 g unsalted Lurpak butter
•80 g dark cocoa powder
Directions:
Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
Heat the cream with Puck Thick Cream, unsalted Lurpak butter in a pan but keep the Fire very low , add the chocolate melt it with stir to fully melt it when done turn the heat off and remove the pan at this time the mix chocolate cold ganache, remove the ganache from the pan, pour it into a large bowl and leave in the fridge for around 8 hours. After 8 hours take the bowl from the fridge and place it in the work surface, get small amounts from the ganache and make small balls rolling them into the palm of your hands. Then put them into the cocoa powder, continue making small balls of chocolate placing them into the cocoa powder so the balls get completely covered with the cocoa powder.
Serve tray with a cup of coffee
