Pumpkin Cream Soup

Recipe:

Ingredients:
700 g Pumpkin, peeled and diced
3 Cloves garlic
Quarter liter of cooking cream fresh
20 g of Knorr Vegetable Stock
Small onion, peeled and cut wings
1 Small carrot, peeled and chopped in medium circles
1 Rib Celery washed and chopped in medium circles
20 g Lurpak Butter
Tablespoons Day Light sunflower oil
Salt as needed
White Pepper
1 liter and a half of boiling water
Small veins of spring onions for garnish

Directions:
Put the Cooker on fire with Lurpak butter and Day Light sunflower oil, when the butter be melted add the zucchini stir well until it becomes tender, add garlic, onions, carrots, celery, and stir all materials well add Knorr Vegetable Stock from with a liter and a half of water boiled and stir all the materials well, cover the soup and keep it for 25 minutes and stir it from time to time after 25 minutes add the cooking cream fresh salt and keep a little of it for garnish, leave it the on the fire for five minutes with stirring, then grind it in blender and pour in the dish, garnish in remaining cream fresh and a small spring onion.
